CUSTOMER ORDERS
Has my order shipped?
To see the shipment status of your order, please login to your account and then select the 'order history' link on the left. From there you can search for past orders and see status information.
How do I get my tracking number?
You can easily retrieve your tracking number for any ups shipped product by logging into your account and then selecting the 'order history' link on the left. From there you can search for past orders and see tracking information. You may only track your shipped item through UPS.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to all countries except those with trade sanctions in place with the United States and a few countries in the Middle East.
I live outside the us. do i have to pay customs fees?
If you live outside the United States, customs and tariff fees may apply according to your country's import laws. These fees are not collected by this company, and this company does not have control of these fees.
When will my backorder ship?
Although we try to maintain inventory of all products in the warehouse, occasionally an item will be backordered. Normally, the product will become available in a few days. You will receive email notification as soon as the product ships.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and check cards or ATM cards, as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above.
You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information using the highest level of currently available encryption.
We also accept checks and money orders. If you choose to pay by check and/or money order, please select the appropriate payment method on the payment page, and directions will be provided to you after you have fully submitted your order.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card is processed immediately upon submission of your order.
How will the charge show up on my credit card?
The charge will appear on your credit card as: "MRW Connected, Easthampton, MA".
Do I have to pay sales tax?
We charge applicable sales tax of 5%, for orders shipped to Massachusetts. Sales tax is automatically computed on product(s).
Can I order without a credit card?
Yes, Mean More Online Store also accepts checks and money orders.
What address should I enter in the billing information screen?
For credit card verification, you must enter the address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. You do not need to enter a middle name or initial.
How do I enter a shipping address?
When you ordered a product, the order form will ask you if you would like the product shipped to the same address as your billing address.
If you do not want the product shipped to same address as your billing address, you can input shipping information on the form.
Should I put spaces or dashes in the credit card number?
No. Your card number should be entered in as a continuous string of numbers.
Why is my credit card being declined?
There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card may have expired or reached its limit or a credit card computer, either on our end or your bank's end, may have encountered a machine error. If you do have problems, you can contact MRW Connected Customer Service at 413.282.1000. Please be prepared to provide any error message numbers you may have received, as well as the order number from the shopping cart.
Why do I need to accept cookies?

How do i set up my browser to accept cookies?
If you're using Internet Explorer, go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options. Within the Internet Options window, select the Advanced tab at the top right, scroll down until you see a selection titled "Cookies" and make sure the "Always accept cookies" box is checked.
If you're using Netscape Navigator, go to the Options menu and select Network Preferences. Within the Network Preferences window, select the Protocols tab. What is your return policy?
All product is guaranteed against defect and also damage incurred during shipping. If you receive defective or damaged product, you must bring this to the attention of MRW Connected, within 14 days of the shipping date as they will issue a return authorization. replacement of defective or damaged product will occur once the original product is returned. After the 14 day notification period has passed, all product orders are considered final. There are no cash refunds.

When will the credit appear on my card?
Your refund credit will appear on your card within 48 hours of us receiving your returned merchandise.
