TERMS & CONDITIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS All product orders will be processed and fulfilled by MRW Connected. All product will be shipped by UPS or USPS within 2 business days of credit approval. Customer information will be kept strictly confidential. RETURN POLICY All product is guaranteed to meet the customer's complete satisfaction. Any defect of product ordered or damage caused by shipping must be brought to the attention of MRW Connected, within 20 days of the shipping date. Replacement of defective or damaged product will occur once the original product is returned. After the 20 day notification period has passed, all product orders are considered final. Shipping All in-stock product leaves our warehouse in Massachusetts within 2 business days. The shipping and handling charge depends on the destination and the value of your order. Delivery times are estimates; some items may take longer for delivery. When you place an order online, we provide the estimated arrival date(s) for your order based on the shipping option(s) you choose. MRW Connected cannot be responsible for address errors and may request replacement postage in the case of a customer address error. Shipping - International Please note that international shipments are subject to inspection by customs and can consequently be delayed up to 2 weeks. Furthermore, while most international shipments are not hit with taxes, some are stopped and charged at the discretion of the receiving nation, and the customer is responsible for these charges. Mean More/MRW Connected cannot take any responsiblity for these charges or delays as they are outside of our control. Shipping - USPS (United States Postal Service) USPS offers very competitive rates both domestically and internationally. USPS orders are shipped using delivery confirmation, so you will be provided with a Package ID. The table below shows typical delivery times. Shipments leave from our warehouse in Massachusetts, so longer times are west coast and shorter are east coast. For UPS, ground shipping times vary from one to five business days depending on the proximity of your shipping address to our Massachusetts warehouse. Orders placed after 9 PM (Eastern US Time) on Thursday will not be shipped until the following Monday. Deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays. Business days are Monday through Friday. To determine how long it will take an item to arrive, add together the availability time and the shipping time.
